These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with the Adimaze website (the "Service") operated by Adimaze ("us", "we", or "our").

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal by contacting our customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You must provide us with accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, state, zip code, phone number, and valid payment method details. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, we will issue an electronic invoice requiring manual payment within a specified deadline for the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

We, in our sole discretion, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle.

We will provide reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees, giving you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such changes become effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the updated Subscription fee.

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable if more than 24 hours have passed since you subscribed.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. Notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any security breach or unauthorized account use.

You may not use as a username any name that:

• Belongs to another person or entity without authorization.
• Is subject to any rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization.
• Is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Adimaze and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both [Insert Jurisdiction] and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Adimaze. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adimaze, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of:

• Your access to or use of the Service.
• Any conduct or content of a third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
